The staff who took me around to look at the facility was very helpful & told me about the different amenities. I also like the fact that it's not too far from my place of employment. The dining area is only full when they're having activities on the weekends. I don't think they provide food. The apartment the staff showed me was for the handicapped, like with a wheelchair. The facility is very clean. They still practice the guidelines for COVID, so there was someone there cleaning.

I toured Victory Forest for my parents. The place was laid out pretty well. It was really nice and clean, and it was well maintained. People were friendly. It was really nice. I enjoyed my visit. The staff who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. She handed me the paperwork and told me that there's a wait of about three to six months. Other places had longer wait lists. She mentioned that some of the people liked to go on walks. Other people liked to play cards, do knitting, etc.

My mother just moved in Victory Forest apartment. The building itself is nice and well kept. It is quite and peaceful here. The maintenance staff is prompt and competent. The maintenance staff is attentive and that makes you feel home. The language barrier (my mother is limited in English) is not even a problem. My mother is very pleased with professional management. Everyone in the building is pleasant , polite and helpful with questions. The management staff is caring and professional.
